Terms of use, sale and refunds

1. Owner

2. What Tasku is

Tasku is a desktop application for Windows 10 and 11 that works with your Google Classroom account. You need a Google account with teacher access to Classroom. If your school restricts third-party apps, your administrator must allow it.

3. Free trial

For the first 30 days you can use every feature for free. After that, without a licence, you can open Tasku and view your data, but not sync, grade, return work or create assignments. Your data is kept.

4. Licences

• Teacher (12 € per year): for one person, tied to the Google email they sign in to Tasku with, on up to 3 computers.
• School (based on the number of teachers, €7–9 per teacher per year, see the pricing table): for staff with an email on the same domain as the purchase email, on up to 2 computers per licensed teacher. If the school grows, it can move to the next package by paying the difference.

Licences are yearly subscriptions that renew automatically. You can cancel renewal at any time from the link in your purchase email; the licence remains valid until the end of the paid period. A licence lets you use Tasku and receive updates while it is active; it may not be transferred or resold.

5. Payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as reseller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and applies any taxes due in your country.

6. Refunds

If Tasku isn’t right for you, we will refund the full amount if you ask within 14 days of purchase or renewal, no questions asked. Email tasku.soporte@gmail.com from your purchase email. When refunded, the licence is deactivated.

7. Acceptable use

You must use Tasku in line with Google’s terms and the data protection rules that apply to students. You may not try to circumvent the licensing system or redistribute a modified version of the app.

8. Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep Tasku working well, but it depends on Google services that may change or fail. Tasku is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. Grades and submissions can always be checked in Google Classroom. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

9. Support

Email support at tasku.soporte@gmail.com, usually within 2 working days.

10. Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
